To register and maintain an account on nagad8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to your nominated payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

nagad8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify nagad8 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any security breach affecting your account.

All transactions carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified nagad8 of a security compromise in accordance with the procedure above. nagad8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

nagad8 may temporarily lock or suspend your account without prior notice if we detect unusual activity, suspected fraud, or a breach of these Terms. We will contact you via your registered contact details to resolve the matter as promptly as reasonably practicable.

nagad8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time or within 60 seconds of mobile wallet confirmation, subject to payment provider availability.
• nagad8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which nagad8 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal is ৳200.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to system availability.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission. VIP-tier players may qualify for priority processing.
• nagad8 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
• Any balance associated with an active, uncompleted bonus wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.

nagad8 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is identified as arising from a fraudulent, unauthorised, or disputed transaction. In such cases the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

From time to time nagad8 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the promotion itself:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only, as defined in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before transfer to the withdrawable balance is permitted. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

Where nagad8 is found liable for direct loss despite the foregoing exclusions, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your nagad8 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits nagad8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
